CYPRUS‏

Cyprus is a country with a long history. According to legend, the birthplace of the ancient Greek goddess of love and beauty, Aphrodite.

The Cyprus was a place of residence for many cultures and peoples, namely there are findings from the Egyptians, the Greeks and Phoenicians.

The gorgeous Nicosia, the capital of Cyprus, is in the center of the island. Paphos has been declared a World Heritage City by UNESCO.

One of nine medieval castles lost Byzantines located in Limassol. In Agia Napa and Larnaca are sights worth visiting.
